- co-published by Allen & Unwin in Australasia and the Americas (exclusively) and Asia (non-exclusively);
- co-published by Viva Books in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka (exclusively).
In addition, the Vietnamese language rights have been sold to Vietnam National University.
